Comment:

 I'm closing this as 'invalid' because it does not seem to be a bug. I
 think the icon for text alignment can be a little confusing when the
 toolbar also has a control for aligning (or justifying) the block.

 If I am wrong about that, or if you would like to improve the interface,
 please find or open an issue on the Gutenberg repository.
