 Steps to reproduce the issue :-
 1. Activate Twenty Seventeen theme.
 2. Choose Table block.
 3. Add some text.

 You can able to see a difference of padding in first and second columnn,
 in first column there is no padding and in second there is a little
 padding which not looks proper.
