 PS: the test-case in https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-
 develop/pull/8068 (Trac: https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/49442 )
 shows how adding a `parse_blocks` filter makes caching rendered blocks a
 lot more straightforward (IMO)
