 Hi and welcome to WordPress Core Trac!

 I visited your page, and the Latest Posts block's featured images all show
 the `150x150` thumbnail images now. I also had the `150x150` images when I
 chose the thumbnail option in my own site.

 If you still get the full size sometimes, you could open an issue with
 more details on [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/new/choose
 Gutenberg GitHub Repository] to address the block. Then please add a link
 to the issue here, and the resolution could change to 'reported-upstream'.
