 @johnbillion All of the dotorg work is there, it's just implementation and
 any team tasks. There's currently a bit of a process rework happening
 AFAIK for some closure stuff, but I'm not sure if it's related to this or
 not.


 I can't speak for the plugins team, @davidperez @frantorres do you have
 any feedback from the plugins side? Is the status-quo acceptable for
 moving this forward in core?
