 It's been a while, but I'm reviewing this ticket as part of a bug scrub.
 @kirasong What do you think are the next steps here? Maybe more context is
 needed? If I understand @danielbareman correctly, it seems that the ask is
 maybe to set `WP_MEMORY_LIMIT` to `init_get( 'memory_limit' )` by default,
 even if it is changeable, if that value is higher than the default
 WordPress otherwise uses (64MB for Multisite, 40MB for non-Multisite)?
