 @andrewhoyer the plugins page uses an API provided by the WP meta to get
 the plugins. WordPress core only handles and displays such response.

 For this reason, I would suggest opening a ticket in the meta trac
 https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/
 And then report here the number of such ticket
