 1. Go to Admin Dashboard > Posts > Categories.
 2. Add a new category with the `Manually delete it` title. Screenshot:

 3. Delete the `Manually delete it` category.

 === Expected Results
 - ✅ The background and text color of the deleted taxonomy should be
 accessible.
 - ✅ When deleting the taxonomy process is going on, other links should be
 disabled.
