 @ideag now everything is working, but I believe, as many others have
 stated, that the notice is too much in `wp-admin/upload.php`

 Personally, I would opt to remove it or, at best, just add that notice
 when it drops under certain fixed % (say for example 10%), configurable
 via filter hook.
