 The problem is that you can't simply change a namespace name (without
 breaking things).  The [https://www.rssboard.org/comment-api
 specification] requires that the namespace name be
 `http://wellformedweb.org/CommentAPI/`.  Changing it would break any
 software that expects the namespace name to be
 `http://wellformedweb.org/CommentAPI/`.
