 Hey all,

 Just taking a look at this ticket, and it looks like it is related to the
 following tickets (that I have come across so far)
 - [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/23361 23361]: Deleting a user
 without reassigning should have clearer messaging about the implications
 - [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/31945 31945]: Deleting a user in
 Network Admin still defaults to "Delete all posts"

 It seems that there has been a good amount of conversation here around the
 deleting of users and assigning posts. However as this hasn't really
 changed much over the last decade I am not sure if there is any want/need
 to make any amends to process within WP?
