 Adding a Video widget (or another legacy widget) now would require a
 plugin such as Classic Widgets.

 In the block editor, you can find the same "No items found." message in
 other situations when you have images or other items in your library but
 nothing that matches the type(s) required:
 1. Before you upload any videos, add a Video block, and select Open Media
 Library.
 2. Before you upload a `.vtt` (or similar?) file, add a Video block,
 choose a video you uploaded, select 'Text tracks' in the block toolbar,
 and select Open Media Library.
 3. Before you upload any audio files, add an Audio block, and select Open
 Media Library.
 (etc.)

 I'll leave the 'close' keyword because the ticket was already four years
 old when I suggested the patch, and that was exactly four years ago.
