 reviewed by @siliconforks.
 Ngl, but I like the clarity that separating conditionals from the flow
 provide under such convoluted number of logic that must be considered to
 get the best result possible. We can easily forget on why someone chose
 this since it's very tempting to be easily simplified (as I originally
 thought in my first PR).

 Now we have a couple additional unit tests, but there are some aesthetic
 degradations while maintaining the same properties as @siliconforks is
 pointing out, that we cannot handle through tests like the grayscale
 colorspace.
