 1. The component tree has changed, but React still holds references to old
 nodes.
 2. A missing or incorrect key in a list causes React to misidentify
 elements.
 3. Conditional rendering removes elements unpredictably.
 4. Directly manipulating the DOM instead of relying on React’s virtual
 DOM.
