 Hi there,

 [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/630/files The PR
 proposed] by @adakaleh replaces the default Youtube embed url with the "no
 cookie" one.

 Are we fine with this approach? It means that it won't be possible to use
 regular Youtube embed url anymore. I can see some value in using the no-
 cookie domain by default but it's a very opinionated choice. How
 comfortable are we (as the WordPress project) with this choice?

 Should we instead implement a hook to filter this?

 Moving to milestone 6.8 as this ticket has a patch and a proposed
 approach. Further discussion welcome :)
