 Sorry you're having problems (and welcome to Trac ;-).

 All 4 of the `class-wp-filesystem` classes are included in the 6.7.1 ZIP.
 You (and possibly Divi) are looking for them in the wrong directory: they
 are located in `wp-admin/includes`.
