 Confirmed this issue an issue with 6.7.1 and custom taxonomies(WooCommerce
 `product_cat`).  Installed
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/62504/wp-
 fix-62504-v3.zip the v3 hotfix plugin], and it seems to have resolved the
 issue.
