Hello. I would like WordPress to have a setting to set the daily time at
which updates are applied/installed. This because I want to avoid the
WordPress updates to be installed at the same time my server reboots
(either manual or automatic) after applying updates to the server. I fear
this might break my WordPress site. Is this fear justified? Can server
reboots during WordPress updates break WordPress?

I understand that there has not been a setting added to set the time of
downloads. This to prevent the WordPress server from being DDOS’ed at
specific (round) times. But a setting for when updates are applied
 wouldn’t hurt right?
