 Should this ticket involve any changes to things like
 [https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/current_theme_supports/
 current_theme_supports()] to indicate that HTML5 scripts are effectively
 always supported? For example, `current_theme_supports( 'html5', 'script'
 )` would always return `true`.
