 Hi all, it's been 8 years since this was opened, and we haven't had any
 additional requests to make this change. Since we have no more requests,
 no patches, and no design assets for how this screen should look absent
 the toolbar, I'm going to close this ticket to help clean up Trac. Feel
 free to continue conversation or reopen if you think this is important for
 WordPress.
