 The envelope (the Return-Path / MAIL FROM address) receives a variety of
 delivery status notifications, not just permanent failures (hard bounces).
 It is also notified of temporary failures such as “mailbox full” or
 “server busy, try again,” as well as other policy- or network-related
 delivery responses. These notices are not meant to be handled by humans,
 which is why the envelope sender must be set by the mail transfer agent
 (MTA) or transactional email service, not by WordPress.
