Comment:

 I was able to reproduce the issue when accessing a static homepage.

 I was not able to reproduce the issue when appending
 `?utm_content=Hello+World` to a post permalink, however.

 Tagging this as a performance defect because the redirect needlessly slows
 down page loads.
