 I don't see this CSS being generated, at least with Twenty Twenty-Five
 active. The closest thing I see is in `STYLE#global-styles-inline-css`:

 }}}

 I see the same in v6.8.3.

 Is your theme a block theme or classic theme? If you could provide a
 sample theme to reproduce the issue that would be helpful.
