 In [attachment:"64354.1.diff"], simply removing `block-style-variation-
 styles` from being included among the `$all_block_style_handles` fixes the
 issue for me. It ensures that the `block-style-variation-styles` style is
 printed at the end of `HEAD` as opposed to being inserted right after
 `global-styles`. But is this correct? In the Twenty Twenty-Five theme, the
 `block-style-variation-styles` stylesheet is inserted right after `global-
 styles`.
