 When editing a Navigation Menu inside the Site Editor (Appearance → Editor
 → Navigation), the menu layout becomes severely misaligned inside the
 editor iframe (block-editor-iframe__html).
 The navigation appears stuck at the center of the canvas instead of
 aligning normally at the top/left as expected.

 This issue affects usability because the Navigation block becomes
 difficult to edit and appears “floating” with a large space above it.
