Comment:

 I haven't followed the Notes work closely, but the fix makes sense at this
 stage of the release. I guess the `comment_count` column should be
 reserved for comments of the type `comment`, so I wonder if in the future
 we could explicitly check for that instead of excluding `note`, but I
 guess that would be a breaks change an not something we can try for 6.9.
