Comment:

 If there's a ticket about revamping the Tools page overall that I'm not
 finding it would be to cross-ref it here :) I am closing this because by
 default right now this is the only thing on the Tools page, so while
 removing it is not off the table, it would need to come with a broader
 rethink of that Tools page and guiding users to what they might want to
 do.
