 If universality is a goal:
 - Warning should be an exclamation mark in a yellow triangle. That's
 pretty much ''the'' universal warning icon.
 - Bell icon simply means Notification/Reminder (usually marking in a
 folded Notifications tab). It doesn't carry the meaning of Warning.
 - Flag does not carry the meaning Error. (An X, a cicle-strike-through,
 etc.)
