 This is great, I think this will really come around helpful.

 Note that upstream PHP GD extension does not support HEIF or JXL, so this
 patch assumes that `gd_info()` output would return "JXL Support". I'll
 keep an eye on the GD extension developments. Unfortunately, we are pretty
 close to the hard feature-freeze, so this will likely be effective since
 PHP 8.5.
