 I am Administrator on this site for 10 years.  I never click "Mine" on the
 wp-admin Page listing.  Did tonight while testing hosting company's server
 remedy.

 This error message was the recurring result.

 403 Forbidden

 is a standard HTTP status code indicating that the web server understands
 the request but refuses to authorize it due to permission issues.

 /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page&author=1

 The same error occurs for Posts also.
 /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=post&author=1
