 @sabernhardt while testing your patch i have found new issue in the theme
 which the post comment button is also overlapping the comment box i am
 attaching the image for this issue for this issue what should i do create
 a new ticket or it must be resolved in this one well i have found the
 cause that it is caused by float:right css added in the #respond .form-
 submit class after removing it works fine.
