 Welcome to WordPress Core's Trac. Thank you for your bug report and the
 details you provided.

 In testing 6.6.0 and 6.6.1, I can reproduce this issue.
 In testing 6.5.5, I cannot reproduce this issue.
 Setting the `Version` to 6.6.0 as it seems to be the version that
 introduced it.

 This particular area of the code is maintained in the Gutenberg
 repository. Triage and resolution will happen there and then any changes
 will be merged into WordPress Core via a package update.
