Comment:

 As mentioned, this issue is known and already fixed in Gutenberg. The fix
 will be included in the npm package updates for 6.6.2 RC1. Closing it as
 `reported-upstream`, since its investigation, resolution, and code is
 handled and maintained in the Gutenberg repository.
