 Thank you for recommending this is closed @sabernhardt, I tend to agree
 with you on reading the support forum thread and recommendation. @rajgt1
 if you do have any other information, please add to this thread and it can
 always be reopened.

 For now I am going to go with invalid as a status, it also could be works
 for me so I am happy to have that adjusted if someone counters.
