 With the latest version of wordpress users with older browsers can no
 longer easily publish posts due to a styling issue.

 The top image is what my friend sees on their device (Firefox 115, Windows
 7)
 The buttons are no where to be seen.

 The lower image is what I see (Firefox 115, Windows 11). In this one the
 buttons are visible but there's still clearly an issue with positioning.

 Please fix.
