 Hey @caritatang, Welcome to Trac, and thanks for bringing this up.

 I could not reproduce this issue with Astra theme 4.8.6. The error
 messages suggest that this is related to the Astra theme loading
 translations too early in the WordPress loading sequence, rather than
 being a WordPress core issue.

 We've seen similar early translation loading errors with other plugins,
 notably with Yoast SEO as seen in #62472.

 I recommend temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme to confirm
 if the error persists.
