 Hi @1008sundar,

 Welcome to Trac! This warning is common if the folder already exists but
 is empty. Is it possible that this plugin was installed previously and
 then deleted? It could possibly be the folder itself remained.

 Regardless of that, other contributors have been unable to reproduce the
 issue as described, so I'm going to close this out. Discussion can always
 continue on closed issues, and it can be reopened if more details are
 shared showing how to reliably reproduce the problem.
