 Thanks for gathering the data, @flixos90. Assuming the majority of cases
 that have been reported are due to this CSS, related issue, I agree that a
 revert would be not be appropriate.

 @dooperweb, I can see from your WPBakery example that the plugin uses a
 custom lazy-loading implementation and the image markup also includes a
 `width` attribute, so a similar CSS issue is likely to be the cause of the
 problem. Can you confirm whether the image has some CSS affecting the
 `width` of the images?

 @azaozz I'll work on a PR to add a simpler filter for this.
