 For some time the WordPress release squads have been using the following
 titles that are not made available for translation within WordPress core.

 As the titles have proven themselves good over time, it would be good to
 include them in core and allow their use in the WordPress credits API:

 * Release Coordinator
 * Core Tech Lead
 * Editor Tech Lead
 * Editor Triage Lead
 * Documentation Lead
 * Test Lead
 * Design Lead
 * Performance Lead
 * Default Theme Design Lead
 * Default Theme Development Lead

 For future proofing, I would also suggest the non-component specific
 titles be added:

 * Tech Lead
 * Triage Lead
