 Adding a second recommendation here to encourage NO warnings in the wp-
 admin dashboard if the plugin was recently closed or if the reason is
 unknown.

 This will avoid users being confused or acting out of fear (leading to
 taking the time to disable or replacing a plugin) for an issue which may
 receive a patch within a day or two.

 I am all for the warnings appearing in the dashboard, this small change
 will make it safer and less fear inducing for end users who installed a
 plugin that had a security bug found in it and see such a warning in their
 panel before the developer could release a patch.
