 * Attachment "onboarding-framework-scope.png" added.

 One possible focus of the Plugin Onboarding Framework in WordPress 6.6. is
 to reduce time to value by providing an onramp from plugin activation to
 an appropriate plugin-defined next step. This keeps the scope small and
 attainable while answering the universal question, "What do I do next?"
 after activating a plugin.
