 As for stabilizing the Post Time Read block and shipping it to the core,
 it doesn't seem positive from an accessibility standpoint (See this issue:
 https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/53776).

 This function is necessary for this block, but if the function itself is
 not very useful, we might want to close this ticket for now.
