 Please note that between now and RC 1, this ticket will get and commit
 copy, code and visual assets for the About Page.

 The copy must commit by RC 1, which is the hard string freeze. Code and
 assets can come in over the following two weeks, but I would like to see
 everything committed by RC 3.
