 === Actual Results for Test in the Add Plugins UI:

 After clicking the `Activate` button:
 * ✅ the "Refresh now" admin notice and button do not appear.
 * ✅ auto-redirects to the admin dashboard with the BuddyPress modal
 overlay.

 After clicking the `Activate` button:
 * ✅ at the bottom of the modal, the "Refresh now" admin notice and button
 do not appear.
