 Hello,

 I have reviewed the "**Code Block**" and found that its "**Border**" color
 is not same with text color in twenty twenty-four theme.

 I have checked this with other theme( **Twenty Twenty Three** ) and its
 working as expected. The code block border color change when we change its
 text color from block settings.

 So, I think that it should be same on "**Twenty Twenty Four**" theme.
