 Assalamu Alaikum,

 To check the issue, create a custom template with long name

 Example:

 /**
  * Template Name: Redirect to mobile App After Checkout
  *
  * Author: Mahbub Hasan Imon <mhimon.dev at gmail.com>
  * Author URI: https://mhimon.dev / https://ultradevs.com
  *
  * @package ultraDevs
  */
 ?>
 }}}

 Now Create a page and then open the template and select this one. You will
 see the issue
