 I am logged in as **administrator** user and I am selecting multiple users
 and attempting to change role to empty value. I am getting inconsistent
 error '''Sorry, you are not allowed to give users that role.'''

 I think there shouldn't be any error and even if there is an error message
 it should say something else.
