 Using http://wp-themes.com/twentyfourteen/, I can reproduce this on Huawei
 P20, **Android 10**, that is the only version I have available to test on.

 Even if I zoom in, it is difficult to open the submenus in the "desktop"
 version of the menu. I get redirected to the page of the parent menu item.
 I can not click on the arrow next to the parent menu item, keep the menu
 open, and select the submenu item.
