 @johnbillion Thanks for getting this committed.

 I reset my local docker env and reinstalled the database. I setup the
 `define( 'WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE', true );` in wp-config.php. I installed
 multisite in the CMS with the network setup screen. After multisite was
 setup, I was kicked out wp-admin. Since then I have been unable to login
 into the admin with my username and password.

 Am I missing something or did something wrong?
