 In 60835.diff: Prevent removal of the '_wp_filter_font_directory' callback
 from the `upload_dir` filter.

 This seems to be the most minimal change possible that would still fix the
 worst bug. The intention is to remove this in WP 6.7, deprecate this
 filter callback, and commit the patch from https://github.com/WordPress
 /wordpress-develop/pull/6407 (in its current form of after additional
 fixes/changes).
